Before arriving, here is some useful information.
How to arrive:
Arrive to Athens airport.
Car rental: We recommend to hire a car with Centauro. Their rentals are in good shape, good service and great value. Prepare about 10 + Euros in cash to pay the highway toll. but you can also pay with card

House rules
House rules:
Respect your surroundings and your neighbors.
No smoking or vaping in the house nor on the balconies. Smoking is allowed only outside.
Swimming pool
Pay extra caution with the swimming pool specially with infants. You are solely responsible for the safety and the wellbeing of your group.
Do not use any glass bottles or glassware by the pool. Breakage may cause injuries. You have disposable cups and plates in the kitchen cabinet.
Be careful with fire! When using the Grill or the fire pit, be cautious. Make sure to completely put out the fire when you finish. It is forbidden to use the fire pit in the summer.
Keep the environment clean.
We have Septic system, so do not flush anything but toilet paper

Late check in
Should you arrive later than 10 PM, you'll do a self check-in.

Park your car in front of the gate entrance. Walk around the building to your right, turn left and walk the path down the stairs towards the door of Villa Kimba. On your right you'll find a lock box containing the remote control for the gate and a set of two keys – one for the front door and one for the garage door.
Park your car and check in. ELENI will be available for you on the phone for any question. With any unresolved problem please contact Theodor at +1(617)4156039.
House operation
The entrance and corridor light is automatic and operates for 4 minutes.
Air conditioning
AC units are located in each room. Just set the temperature desired in each room and the vent speed.

There is a main AC panel next to garage door. Do not touch it!
Alarm system
Alarm is off during your stay/ There is an alarm panel system next to the AC panel by the garage door.The system is inactive during your stay. Do not touch the panel!
Outside the house above the kitchen there is an alarm box that signals in orange and red.That's normal. It shows that the system is ready.
CCTV
There are cameras outside the villa showing the outdoors including the pool area. They are used for security.
WIFI

All tv sets are already connected to wifi.

Electric fire place
With this remote you can set false fire scenarios with multiple looks, colors and heating, timer and more.
Kitchen
In the kitchen you'll find all the appliances you need and more:
All appliances' functions are intuitive and easy to operate. There is a coffee maker in the cupboard on the right side, a capsule espresso machine with a milk frother.
In the upper cupboard on the right you will find all basic products such as oil, olive oil, sugar, salt, spices, coffee and tea and many more.
Trash
The trash bins are located in the bottom drawer under the sink.There is no recycling in the village so both bins are used for trash.The village's trash cart is located up the road
Supplies
In the village there are two Minimarkets for all basic supplies and much more.For a larger Supermarket use the ones at Astros – it is a 10 minute drive from the villa. These supermarkets will cater
to all your needs. There are fruit & vegetable stands on the sides of the road.
In Argos you will find a Farmer's market at(an 18 minute drive from the villa) every Wednesday and Saturday.
WATER
Tap water is drinkable though not tasty
Bathrooms
All bathrooms have towel dryers. The dryers are active only when the heating system is on (during winter). Please use them to hang your towels when the heating is off.
Please open the windows for ventilation.
Hair dryers
There are three hair dryers. They are located in the walk-in wardrobe drawer of each master bedroom and on the corridor shelf on the second level.
Beach /pool towels
The beach/pool towels are the light brown color towels.When you need to dry them, you can hang them on the hangers in the balconies.
Also, you can wash and dry them using the washing machine and dryer situated on the lower level.
Washing machine, Dryer
A washer and dryer are at your disposal on the lower level.
There you can also find a steam iron and an ironing board.
Water sports
You may use our Kayak (3 persons) and the SUP board free of charge
* You must tell us in advance if you would like to use them, so we'll prepare them.
* Always use the safety vest when using them.
* Never drag them on the beach the pebbles will harm them.
* After using them always rinse them with fresh water

For late arrivals you may ask for basic shopping for the next morning. The service is free of charge. The charge is only for the purchase invoice.
