About Villa Kimba
Our Story
Villa Kimba is a luxurious modern vacation villa located at the heart of the charming small Greek village Xiropigado in the south Peloponnese. The villa offers a spacious 240 sqm (2583 sqf) area with 4 bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 bathrooms. It features a large living room, a super-equipped modern kitchen, and a dining room. The villa has been designed for maximum guest privacy in seperate levels.
Two of the bedrooms are master ensuite with king beds, bath and closet, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy for guests. Outside, you will find a heated swimming pool, an outdoor seating area and direct access to the beach only 59 steps away!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Kimba! We visited as a family of six adults and our 2.5-year-old daughter, and it exceeded every expectation.
The villa itself:
The villa is beautifully designed and built to an exceptionally high architectural standard. It's obvious that an incredible amount of thought, care, and attention to detail went into every aspect of its design. Every room feels elegant, comfortable, and inviting.
The villa is equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-quality appliances and utensils, including a large refrigerator, freezer, oven, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, cookware, and much more. There is truly no need to bring anything from home.
Every room is fully air-conditioned, making the villa comfortable even on the hottest summer days. The living room, overlooking the pool and the breathtaking open sea view, features a huge TV and an excellent sound system—perfect for relaxing after a day out.
The swimming pool is crystal clear, beautifully maintained, and a joy to use. The terrace is furnished with stylish, comfortable outdoor furniture, making it the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, sunset drinks, or simply relax while taking in the incredible view.
The villa also features a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue grill, making it perfect for family meals and enjoying long evenings by the pool.
The villa also includes countless thoughtful extras: plenty of bath towels, beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, and so many other useful items that make your stay effortless and enjoyable.
Location:
The location is simply fantastic. The panoramic view from the villa is breathtaking, and just a short walk down a few steps brings you to a beautiful, peaceful beach.
The village itself is authentic and charming, offering the feeling of living among the locals rather than in a tourist resort. That authentic Greek atmosphere made our stay even more special.
Despite the peaceful setting, the villa is perfectly located for exploring the Peloponnese. Popular destinations such as Nafplio, Tolo, and Paralio Astros are all just a short drive away.
We highly recommend Villa Kimba for a perfect getaway with family or friends.

Our vacation at Villa Kimba was perfect. It is ideally located at the edge of a small quiet village on a hill with stunning sea and gulf views, only a few stairs away from access to the sea. It resembles sleeping in a five star hotel but in a four story villa that accommodates a whole extended family of eight people or group of friends, with a very big kitchen and living room and a huge TV, and everything you need for hanging out at the villa, going to the beach, or using it as a base for day trips in this beautiful area

I stayed at Villa Kimba for over a week with my fiancé and her family. The house was great! plenty of space for everyone, great views of the sea from almost every window, and every amenity we needed. The kitchen was confertable to cook in, and the charcoal grill outdoors was also a highlight. The practically private beach was so calming and peaceful, and the pool was great to cool down in. We also found the village to be cozy and welcoming, and we all can’t wait to visit again and wake up to the sounds of the waves.

Villa Kimba is Perfection!
We spent an unforgettable week at Villa Kimba in the Peloponnese (7 adults and a 7-month-old baby), and it was simply paradise.
The villa is brand new, stunningly designed, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It features 4 spacious bedrooms, each offering spectacular views of the sea, cliffs, and islands. The living room is huge, with panoramic windows overlooking the Argolic Gulf and majestic mountains—the view is so captivating you literally cannot take your eyes off it.
Right outside is a gorgeous pool positioned perfectly on the cliff, and just a few steps down lead you directly to a breathtaking lagoon with crystal-clear blue water—essentially your own private beach!
Beyond the incredible property, the hospitality was unmatched. Eleni, the house manager, welcomed us with a huge smile and an open heart. The hosts even went above and beyond by providing a brand-new baby cot and toys for our little girl.
The house is so luxurious and comfortable that it’s genuinely hard to leave. Highly, highly recommended!
